Looking to Hire Our School Facilities?

We are delighted to announce that our School facilities will be available to hire for community use from mid-November 2023.

Lettings at Firs Primary School are managed by Edu-Lettings.

Useful Information

Facilities available for hire are:

• School Hall (with stage)
• Dining Room (with or without Studio extension)
• Studio
• Classrooms
• Field (non-floodlit)
• KS2 large playground (non-floodlit, with fixed basketball posts)
• KS1 smaller playground (non-floodlit)

Facility hire will be available:

• Monday-Friday: from 5pm-10pm (during term time) / from 8am-10pm (during school holidays)
• Saturday: from 8am-6pm
• Sunday: from 8am-8pm

From time to time there may be some deviation on availability due to school commitments (e.g. Parents' Evening, School productions, School Fairs, etc.). These dates/events will be communicated as far in advance as possible to Edu-Lettings so that alternative arrangements can be made with hirers.

Our facilities are suitable for a wide variety of use including, but not limited to:

• Holiday camps
• Birthday parties
• Exercise classes
• Sports clubs
• Meetings / conferences
• Training events
• Tutoring
• Performing Arts clubs

Bookings can be for a one-off or regular/recurring event, or a block booking over a holiday period.
