Welcome to PE at Firs
Below you will find a selection of activities to boost your 'active minutes' at home and in school. Remember that being active at different points in the day boosts your concentration and puts a smile on your face, as well as being great for the mind and body. Here at Firs we want to offer as many active and sporting opportunities as we can, through PE lessons, our active morning routine, lunchtime sports coaching, before and after school clubs and competitions between teams and against other schools.
In all competitions our intent is "to provide children with the opportunity to improve their physical literacy, social, emotional and physical wellbeing. Children should experience meaningful competition that meets their motivation, confidence and levels of competence".
